Experience

Working with Jodi

Your wedding day is about more than beautiful photographs—it's about being fully present for the moments that matter most.

From our first conversation to the delivery of your final gallery, my goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable experience. I'll help guide you through the planning process, create a photography timeline that flows naturally with your day, and provide gentle direction when needed while allowing genuine moments to unfold organically.

On your wedding day, I'll be there to document the big moments, the quiet in-between moments, and all the details you've carefully planned. My approach is calm, organized, and unobtrusive, allowing you to focus on celebrating with the people you love while I preserve those memories for years to come.

The result is a collection of timeless, authentic images that tell the story of your day exactly as it felt

FAQ

01. How do we book you for the wedding?

Booking is simple! Start by reaching out through my contact form with your wedding date, venue, and a few details about your day. Once we've confirmed availability and selected the collection that best fits your needs, I'll send over a contract and invoice for the non-refundable retainer. Your date is officially reserved once both are completed, and then the fun begins! I'll be here to help guide you through the photography planning process every step of the way.

02. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! I love the opportunity to photograph weddings in new places and am available for destination weddings both within the United States and internationally. Whether you're planning a beachside celebration, a mountain getaway, or a romantic destination wedding abroad, I'd be honored to capture your day. Travel and accommodation requirements vary by location, so please reach out for a custom quote and availability.

03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?

Family portraits are one of the most important parts of your wedding day, and I work to make them as organized and stress-free as possible. Before the wedding, I'll provide a questionnaire where you can list the family groupings you'd like photographed. Having a planned list allows us to move efficiently, ensure no important combinations are missed, and get you back to enjoying your celebration as quickly as possible.

04. Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes! Engagement sessions are one of my favorite ways to get to know my couples before the wedding day. They provide an opportunity for us to work together in a relaxed setting, help you become more comfortable in front of the camera, and create beautiful images that can be used for save-the-dates, wedding websites, guest books, or simply to celebrate this exciting season of your lives. Many couples tell me their engagement session helps them feel much more relaxed and confident on their wedding day.
